Rahul Gandhi disrupts educational activities; served notice

As part of his extensive campaigning, Rahul Gandhi stayed at the college guest house on the night of Jan 10. The next day saw heightened tensions when a group of male students carried out a protest to the college. They also burnt an effigy of Rahul Gandhi over the Batala house encounter issue.
Following this episode, male students were barred from entering the college premises. Not this alone, only female students were allowed to meet Rahul Gandhi during his stay there.
