RSS dressing down, K'taka BJP singing in unity
"We apologise to party workers and supporters who were upset by the minor problems in the organization. Our senior leaders have given us guidance and all of us will work accordingly," KS Eshwarappa, state BJP chief told the presspeople.
"There was no discussion on any position to be given to me. My main aim is to make BJP unbeatable in the state and Congress and Janata Dal-Secular irrelevant," said BS Yeddyurappa former chief minister in his home town Shimoba.
The BJP leaders claimed that they will tour the state together to unite their party and the government. On Wednesday, the leaders are singing the tune of unity after senior state RSS functionaries met with the BJP leaders and Chief Minister DV Sadananda Gowda.
General public are against BS Yeddyruppa demands for Chief Minister's position or the party president's post or the supreme leader of the state, RSS intervened in the quarrel.
Last week, Yeddyruppa even slammed the BJP president Eshwarappa for sending him to jail. Yeddyurappa was slapped with two corruption charges, spent his 21 days in Bangalore jail.
