Temporary breather for Rajesh Talwar in Aarushi case

New Delhi, Jan 9: Rajesh Talwar, father of Aarushi Talwar has been granted bail by the Supreme Court. In what can be seen as temporary relief for the Talwar family in the sensational case that saw the gruesome death of their teenaged daughter Aarushi in 2008. The current bail conditions of Rajesh Talwar has been upholded by the apex court. The trial court had granted bail for Rajesh till Feb 4.

The trial court proceedings against the Talwar will now continue on Feb 4, 2012. The SC also ordered that further proceedings against Rajesh will be decided by the Ghaziabad court. [Read: SC to hear Rajesh Talwar's bail plea on Mon]
