Tamil actor arrested, who's next? Karuna's grandson Stalin?

Chennai, Jan 6: One of the famous actor of Tamil Nadu film industry (Kollywood), Mansoor Ali Khan has been arrested over an illegal land grabbing case in the state on Friday, Jan 6.

A group of police personnel reached the actor's residence on Friday and took him under the police custody over the charges of grabbing a land illegally at Arumbakkam in Chennai. The owner of the land, bought it in Rs Rs 2.60 lakh in 1994 but its current market price is more than Rs 1 crore.

The complainant, V Duraivelu accused the actor of constructing a 16-storeyed property on his 1247 sq ft area in the above mentioned place. However, reports are there which say that the actor had threatened Duraivelu demanding to withdraw his complaint.

After the arrest of the actor over land grabbing case, many started speculating that who would be the next. Is it DMK supremo Karunanidhi's grandson and an well-known Kollywood producer, Udayanidhi Stalin? [Read: More trouble for Karuna's grandson Stalin]

Here it can be mentioned that Udayanidhi Stalin has also been charged in a land grabbing case. Receiving an order from Madras High Court, Stalin on Thursday, Jan 5 surrendered himself before the before the investigation officers who have been pursuing the case of land grabbing case.
