CBI cracks Bhanwari case;finds location where body was burnt

The Bishna gang is believed to have carried out the heinous crime of burning the missing nurse. She has been missing since Sept 1, 2011. With the CBI already making some key arrests, more arrests are likely to be made on Wednesday.
Sources have claimed that the plan for the murder was made by Maderna and Malkhan Singh. Bhanwari was abducted by Sahi Ram, who later murdered her. Her body was later handed over to the Bishna Gang to be disposed off. Malkhan is believed to have directed Sahi Ram to make sure that Bhanwari came alone to the Bilara area from where she was eventually abducted. The plan was to kidnap her to bar her from attending the Mahapanchayat on Sept 8, 2011.
The CBI claimed that Bhanwari's husband Amarchand was aware of the abduction plan in advance and was paid Rs 10 lakh in order to buy his silence.
The Bhanwari Devi case had shook the Rajasthan Cabinet with Maderna being sacked from the Cabinet after a sex CD featuring Maderna and Bhanwari surfaced. The CD featured the duo in a compromising position. Maderna was ousted from the Cabinet on Oct 16, 2011. He was later arrested by the CBI on Dec 2. Malkhan Singh was also arrested for his involvement in the case after it was alleged that he was the one who introduced the nurse to Maderna.
There were rumours doing the rounds that Bhanwari was blackmailing Maderna over the sex CD.
