Ohio, Jan 3: Almost 150 passengers, who were travelling from Ohio to Florida by a flight, fortunately averted death on Monday, Jan 2. The plane skidded off runway at the Youngstown-Warren Regional Airport but it got stuck in grass.

Dan Dickten, Airport director of aviation, has been quoted as saying that the flight - Allegiant Air flight, which was coming from St Petersburg, Florida landed but skidded off the runway.

The possible reason behind the accident was that the plane had taken a turn that was too wide while taxiing. However, no one received any injury and later they were taken to the safe terminal in a bus.

Meanwhile, sources also informed that the passengers, who have stranded in the city, were offered refunds or hotel rooms to spent Monday night.
