Pakistan lawyers visit India
New Delhi, Dec 27: A delegation of 42 Pakistani lawyers visited India on the invitation of state bar councils of Punjab, Haryana and Chandigarh. The lawyers, who visited here on December 21, were led by Muhammad Lehrasib Khan, vice-chairman of Punjab Bar Council in Pakistan.
They also came to Delhi on December 24 and 25 where they were greeted by Ashok K Parija, Chairman, Bar Council of India (BCI). It was a proud moment for BCI to receive Pak delegation of legal luminaries which binds members not only within its own country but moves beyond the territory, Parija said.
