Pak govt issue notices to 3,00,000 tax defaulters
According to Associated Press of Pakistan, the Federal Finance Minister Abdul Hafeez Shaikh has directed the Federal Board of Revenue to check that the notices have been issued on priority.
During the meeting, Shaikh looked the complete analysis data of the taxpayers' and discuss on the strategy to pursue the non-taxpayers.
The annual report of the country's State Bank has showed the country's economic crisis.
The economic crisis report has pointed the factors that have contributed to "this grim state of affairs include the collapse of fixed investment, acute energy shortages, urban violence and lawlessness, poor physical infrastructure and institutional fragility".
