Was Bhanwari Devi’s dead body filmed on cell phone?

New Delhi/Jaipur, Dec 21: With the case of missing Rajasthani auxiliary nurse Bhanwari Devi seeing no sign of closure, the CBI which is looking into the matter have managed to find certain crucial leads in the case. The fervent probe has now revealed that the 36-year-old, Bhanwari might have been killed on Sept 1 itself, the same day she was abducted.

With her body still not recovered, the CBI had found the vehicle that was apparently used to dispose off her body. Sources within the agency have been quoted as saying, “Abductors of Bhanwari Devi used a separate vehicle to kidnap and strangulate her and then her body was shifted to another one to take it to some undisclosed destination, where the remains were disposed off.”

They added, “Probe has also revealed that abductors of Bhanwari filmed her body after she was murdered to claim the contract amount. Former Rajasthan minister Mahipal Maderna hired Sahi Ram Bishnoi, who is absconding, for Rs 50 lakhs to get a CD from Devi.”

The source revealed that the showdown occurred when Bhanwari refused to give the sex CD that showed her in a compromising position with Maderna to Shahabuddin and Sohan Lal. This irked them that led them to strangling her to death. It is understood that Sahi Ram ordered the extreme act.

Adding further vital information, the source added, “Sohan Lal reportedly used his cellphone to take photographs of Bhanwari’s body. After taking photographs of Bhanwari’s body, the accused shifted her body from the Bolero jeep to another vehicle.”

The CBI has identified a Jodhpur based gang as being responsible for disposing Bhanwari’s body. The job was contracted to them by another criminal gang who were behind her abduction and murder on Sept 1.
