Anna Hazare cancels Hyderabad tour to attend Parliament

New Delhi, Dec 18: Anti-corruption crusader, Anna Hazare who is on a visit to South fighting for a strong Lokpal has cancelled his tour to Hyderabad in order to attend Parliament session on the tabling of Lokpal Bill, said sources.

Anna Hazare is expected to return to New Delhi on Monday, Dec 19. The septuagenarian who is currently in Chennai was in Bangalore on Saturday, Dec 17.

"Anna wants to be in the visitors gallery in Parliament when the Lokpal Bill is introduced there. It is speculated that government will bring the Lokpal Bill tomorrow," the Team Anna member said.

Team Anna members will also attend the Parliament, the day when the Lokpal Bill is tabled.

Meanwhile, the cabinet will discuss the Lokpal and the food bill today.
