Murder plot: Anna Hazare's life in danger

New Delhi, Dec 14: 74-year-old Anna Hazare, who has been at the centre of attention of the people with his movement for Lokpal Bill, may experience a devastating end. The Delhi police has received a letter threatening to kill the Gandhian.

The police have already started investigation into the issue. Meanwhile, a question over Anna's security has been raised in the wake of the threat.

Followers of the anti-graft crusader started demanding tightening of his security. Anna had received a similar kind of threat in Oct 2011.

Following the attacks on his crucial aides - Prashant Bhushan and Arvind Kejriwal, the Union Home Ministry alerted the social activist over the latent life threat.

Currently, Anna is in the national capital - Delhi and has been waiting for the Parliament's decision as discussion over Lokpal Bill is expected to take place in the House on Wednesday, Dec 14.
