UP: BJP shows Cong-Mayawati link in 'hiding' money

Lucknow, Dec 11: The Congress and Mayawati have been engagged in a long-time battle since they started campaign for the upcoming assembly election in 2012. But the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has come up with a surprising revelation which shows the how the Congress allegedly sheild Mayawati in hiding money accumulated from several scams.

BJP leaders, Kalraj Mishra and Kirit Somaiya, during a press conference, accused Congress of protecting Mayawati despite having evidence against her that she has amassed money from several scams and land allotments in Noida.

The BJP leaders said, "Both the parties (Congress and Maywati led BSP) are defending each other in their scams...the government has all the documentary evidence and it should take action."

Stating about their future planning, the BJP spokespersons also informed, "We will give details of the entities to the ten main investigative agencies like ED and CBI seeking action, besides handing over a memorandum to the UP Governor. If no action is taken, we will be forced to move court."
