Delhi CM's personal guards to face trial for harassing woman

The security personnel namely Jagdish Kumar Vaishist and Rajesh Kumar in the Chief Minister's convoy were arrested for intentionally insulting the daughter of a priest near Pragati Maidan, Delhi in June this year.
Metropolitan Magistrate Navita Kumari Bagha said that "Jagdish Kumar Vaishist and Rajesh Kumar, on June 1 at 10 pm at a point near Hanuman Mandir, New Delhi, you both in furtherance of your common intention uttered indecent words with intent to outrage the modesty of complainant and both hereby committed an offence punishable under section 509/34 (acts intending to insult the modesty of a woman and common intention) IPC (Indian Penal Code) within my cognisance." T
The Court has also summoned four witnesses for recording their statments against two security personnel.
