Dirty Picture turning dirty for Vidya Balan, to be booked

A Hyderabad court ordered Andhra Pradesh police to book Vidya Balan for obscenity over her semi-nude pictures used in the promo of the movie - Dirty Picture.
Delivering its order on the petition filed by an advocate, SK Azad, the court ordered the police to book the actress under relevant sections of Indian Penal Code and also under Indecent Representation of Women (Prohibition) Act, 1986.
The advocate accused Vidya Balan of spoiling the minds of the people and causing harm to the society after posing for the pictures used in the hoardings and posters of the film.
The recently released movie, which brought in much controversy over its content has been banned in Pakistan.
