Uma Bhrati's open threat to burn Walmart if it enters India

Mumbai, Nov 25: BJP leader Uma Bharti has issued an open threat to Walmart if it entered into the country.

The BJP leader also threatened to lead an attack on the retail chain herself and also set Walmart shops on fire if they forayed into the Indian markets. She also said that she did not fear going to jail for the same.

"If Walmart opens any outlet in any shopping mall, I will torch that outlet. I am ready to go to jail for this," Bharti.

The BJP has strongly condemned the government's move to allow retail giants in the domestic market saying that it would lead to unemployment in the country and also bring down the business of small traders.
