MMS: BPO employee drugs, rapes, films nude DU girl

New Delhi, Nov 23: A 21-year-old Delhi University student was allegedly drugged, rape and filmed nude by a BPO employee who threatened her with the video clip to rape her again, said the police.

The victim who went under depression after the incident tried to kill herself by consuming insecticide on last Friday and is currently recovering in hospital.

According to the police, the 25-year-old accused, Harish alias Chirag met the victim at a mobile accessories store on Oct 16. Later, on Oct 22 he called the victim to a mall in Rohini and offered her a drink mixed with sedatives.

He the took the girl to his rented house near the mall and raped her. He also filmed the whole act of her, alleged the victim in her FIR.

He later met the victim on Nov 14 and again raped her. The girl, unable to bear the trauma after four days, consumed insecticide to kill herself.

After she was hospitalised, she narrated the whole episode to an NGO volunteer, who in turn informed the police.

"We registered a case of rape and booked the accused in other appropriate sections after the victim gave a statement. The matter is being further investigated," said B S Jaiswal, DCP (Outer).

The cops received a call about an attempt to suicide and reached the hospital. The accused was nabbed after they learnt about the case and produced him before the court.

The video hasn't been found yet. However, another sex clip was recovered from the youth, which the police believe is to be of his another victim.
