Uttar Pradesh: Woman gangraped for over 3 months

Lucknow, Nov 21: A 28-year old married woman was allegedly abducted and gangraped for over three months by five men of her village in Uttar Pradesh.

According to SSP, R K S Rathore, the woman, mother of five, was abducted on Aug 3 from Kurli village by the men. They took her to different places and raped her.

The medical report of the victim has confirmed rape. The woman managed to flee from the captivity and returned the village on Nov 20. Meanwhile, a case has been registered against the five.

Moreover, in a separate incident, a girl was raped by two youths when she had gone to a forest area on Nov 20, said police.
