Delhi based RTI activist writes a book on 2G spectrum scam

New Delhi, Nov 20: A Delhi based RTI activist brought out a book that contains various comminications between the prime minister and ministers on the 2G spectrum allocation.

The book titled 2G Bomb-RTIs shook North Block, 400-page long, written by advocate Vivek Garg, has a compilation of letters from Prime Minister Manmohan Singh, members of parliaments, former and present ministers along with others on the 2G scam issue.

The leaking of the secret note written by Finance Minister Pranab Mukherjee that was got by Garg through an RTI application had caused a turmoil in the UPA government .

The note had said that the then Finance Minister P Chidambaram could have avoided the spectrum allocated scam if he had insisted on the auctioning of spectrum.
