Ex-Rajasthan Min Maderna set to be burnt in Bhanwari fire

Jaipur, Nov 16: It seems that the sacked Congress minister in Rajasthan, Mahipal Maderna can not avert grilling by the CBI anymore over the controversial Bhanwari Devi missing case. Maderna is likely to be discharged from hospital on Wednesday, Nov 16.

Maderna succeeded in throwing dust on the eyes of the CBI over showing health problems. The sacked minister was admitted to a hospital in Jaipur after complaining of chest pain. However, after his refusal to go for crucial medical test, doctors claimed that he might be discharged from the hospital on Wednesday.

"It is difficult to say at what stage is voluntary element and what stage is feigning element. When the tests are done and are normal, I would say they are commendably normal and this case we draw the conclusion, it's a normal reaction, if there is a medical condition only then he would be treated. Otherwise we can say he is being observed," stated doctors.

Maderna is the main accused in Bhanwari Devi kidnap and murder case. The missing nurse-midwife had allegedly blackmailed him (Maderna) with a sex CD which allegedly features Maderna and Bhanwari Devi in compromising position.

Meanwhile, the new cabinet ministers of the state are all set to swear in on Wednesday. All the ministers in Ghelot cabinet had resigned on Tuesday over the Bhanwari Devi controversy.
