Shootout near White House; Washington DC on high alert

Washington, Nov 12: There are reports of gun shots fired near the White House near Washington DC. The streets have been shut down as per reports. An AK-47 has been retrieved from an abandoned Honda car that was parked in the vicinity.

In what can be considered a security breach of the highest nature, a state of high alert exists following the incident. The police have taken control of the streets surrounding the White House.
