Bhanwari Devi CD in Raj CM Gehlot's possession?

Jaipur, Nov 9: With no news on the curious case of Bhanwari Devi, the nurse who was alleged to have had an illicit affair with former Water Resource minister Mahipal Maderna and who went missing 69 days ago, more and more damning reports are emerging on the various ministers in Rajasthan.

Latest reports have suggested the involvement of Rajasthan CM Ashok Gehlot in the case. Indra Vishnoi, the sister of Congress MLA Malkan Singh has alleged that Bhanwari Devi had met the CM 18 months ago and had mentioned to him about the controversial sex CD that showed Minister Maderna with Bhanwari in a compromising position. The CBI which is probing the case had questioned Indra, after she was found talking to Bhanwari in the audio clip that was in the possession of the investigative agency. Indra said, "Bhanwari Devi told me that she had told everything to the Chief Minister and even given him the CD. I don't know anything personally but this is what she told me. She even said that the Chief Minister advised Mahipal Maderna to tackle the matter discreetly and ensure that Bhawari remains silent."

CM Gehlot rubbished the allegations by saying that thousands of people come to visit him daily and he was unsure if Bhawari ever came to meet him. [Read: CBI's Rs 5 lakh reward for info on Bhanwari's whereabouts]

Earlier, audio clips had surfaced which validates CBI's doubt that Bhanwari was blackmailing numerous politicians with the alleged sex CD's. The investigative agency is yet to catch hold of the CD. [Read: Ex-Raj Min admits affair, sex CD exposed]
