Mallya in fuss? 31 Kingfisher flights to be cancelled daily
Citing the news, many started reiterating about the financial knots in the Kingfisher airlines led by Vijay Mallya. Kingfisher has been experiencing trouble as it has not reported profit ever since it got listed and has undergone debt restructuring.
According to the daily Mint, the airline will cancel minimum 27 domestic flights covering Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Kolkata and other international flights to Bangkok.
Following maintenance and other issues, several Kingfisher flights have already been taken off the roads, as informed by the report.
Kingfisher officials, however, have not yet confirmed the news. Recently the airline also had experienced a disruption in the flight operations after the state-run oil marketer HPCL temporarily stopped fuel supplies to Kingfisher.
