Misuse of funds: CBI raids UP NGOs, hospitals
Sources claimed that CBI has found the misuse of Rs 50 lakh and they are suspecting the involvement of 20 more NGOs. It revealed that NGOs had charged the patients and the government for the cataract operation, which was free.
On Sunday, the Delhi CBI officials had raided 10 eye hospitals. CBI carried out the raids over the reports on the misuse of National Rural Health mission funds.
