Ramdev threatens massive campaign against Congress

Jalandhar, Nov 6: Yoga guru Baba Ramdev on Sunday (today) has threatended to campaign against Congress in the coming assembly elections in five states if ruling government failed to solve the issuses related to Lokpal bill and balckmoney.

In addressing a congregation at a dera in Raipur Rasoolpur village said that he has no link with RSS and he have never gone to any RSS Shakha to seek their support.

He also criticised Congress, without naming any party leader but leaving little to guess, at the congregation at Ravidassia community Dera Babe Jaure in Raipur Rasoolpur village and urged deras to join him in the mass campaigning and movement.

He also blammed state ruling Sikh government as they are failed to deliver justice to the victims of anti-Sikh riots in Nov 1984. If the government failed to take strong steps on issues cited by him -- on which he had also written an open letter to PM -- then people would gherao the residences of parliament members in Feb next year and subject them to questions, he said.

Yoga guru also launched a campaign against petrol price hike by riding a cycle through the bazaars of the city.
