Sex video: Nithyananda's ex-aide denied pre-arrest bail

Chennai, Nov 5: Sri Nithya Dharmananda alias K Lenin, the former aide of self-proclaimed God, Nithyananda has been denied pre-arrest bail on Friday, Nov 4.

A Tamil Nadu court rejected the bail plea of Lenin allegedly shot a video of Nithyananda in a compromising position with a South Indian actress.

Principal Sessions Judge, P Devadass dismissed the bail pleas of Lenin and his brother, K Kumar. Accusing Lenin of being the brain behind the video footage and blackmail, one Nithya Atmaprabhananda had filed the case against the former aide of Nithyananda.

Here it can be recalled that the video footage, which had rattled the online world one year back, allegedly featured the self-style god and a Tamil actress. Following the footage, Nithyananda was arrested in Himachal Pradesh in 2008, however, was released on bail later.
