Teen girl raped by sister's hubby, commits suicide

Jhansi, Nov 4: A 17-year-old girl allegedly committed suicide after being raped by her brother-in-law in Babina on Thursday.

The dead body was found in a well at Babina. Few days back, Vineeta, the victim went to her sister Rajni's house in Delhi after her mother-in-law fell sick. She went to her sisters house to look after the household chores.

On Thursday, Nandkishore, Vineeta's father rushed to her son-in-law's house as Vineeta didn't receive his calls. He alleged that his son-in-law raped her daughter.

The Preliminary inquiries exposed that Moni, the accused was unhappy with his wife Rajni as she couldn't bear a child, so he wanted to marry her younger sister Vineeta.
