BS Yeddyurappa's bail plea adjourned till Nov 8

Bangalore, Nov 4: The bail plea of former Chief Minister of Karnataka, BS Yeddyurappa has been adjourned by the Karnataka High Court till Nov 8.

Yeddyurappa was granted bail in one of the five cases slapped against him in the illegal land denotification on Nov 3.

Yeddyurappa was granted conditional bail in the third case on a surety bond of Rs 5 lakh.

However, Yeddyurappa's fate on whether he would be granted bail or remain in jail was to be heard on Nov 3 for which the order came out today.

Yeddyurappa was arrested amid high drama by the Karanataka Lokayukta for his alleged involvement in the illegal land denotification case. Soon after his arrest he was hospitalised but later moved back to the jail.

He is currently lodged at the Parappana Agrahara Central Prison.
