BSY granted bail in one case; fate to be decided by noon

Bangalore, Nov 3: Former Chief Minister of Karnataka, BS Yeddyurappa has been granted bail by the Karnataka High Court today in the third land denotification case he is involved in.

Reports reveal that Yeddyurappa has been granted conditional bail in the third case on a surety of Rs 5 lakh.

However, Yeddyurappa's fate on whether he will be granted bail or remain in jail will only be decided in the afternoon after the court hearing in the second case.

Yeddyurappa was arrested on Oct 15 amid high drama after the Karnataka Lokayukta report indicted him of allegedly involving in the land denotification case.
