Bail or Jail for Yeddyurappa; to be decided today

Yeddyurappa is in judicial custody after advocate Sirajin Basha had filed as many as five private complaints under sections 190 and 200 of the CrPC against Yeddyurappa and his family members in the lower court.
Alleging that Yeddyurappa had misused his authority as CM, senior counsel CH Hanumantharaya, who is representing Basha said that the denotification committee was formed on Jan 25, 2003, and had existed till Oct 29, 2010. He claimed that land worth crores were denotified in haste. Applications pertaining to the same was reviewed by the denotification committee without complying to the procedures.
Justice BV Pinto who is hearing the case, had adjourned the case for Nov 2 for continuation of arguments.
