World gets two 7 billionth babies; UP, Philippines welcome

Manila, Oct 31:The world finally welcomed its 7 billionth babies on Monday, Oct 31. Yes, surprisingly two babies were born at the same time, though one in Baghpat district in Uttar Pradesh and another one in Philippines.

Pinky Pawar conceived just one month after her marriage with Sachin. They married in Jan 2011. When their baby saw the first light of he world, another baby was also born at the same time in Philippines.

After delivering her baby, Pinky said, "I was very happy when I was told the news. The officials from London even asked me what I would name my child."

Danica May Camacho was born in a full packed government hospital in Philippines as media people along with other general people gathered at the hospital to witness the birth of the 7 billionth baby.

"She looks so lovely. I can't believe she is the world's seven billionth," uttered Camacho's mother after the first encounter with newly born.

Philippines is the 12th most populous country in the world with 94.9 million people, report submitted by UN Population Fund (UNFPA) State of the World Population stated.

Here it can be informed that Philippines government granted scholarship for the "celebrity baby" for the child's study and a livelihood package to enable the parents to start a general store.
