Cash-for-votes: Nitin Gadkari visits Tihar jail on Monday

Delhi High Court issued a notice to Delhi police on the bail pleas of accused who were involved in the Cash-for-votes scam.
Kulkarni challenged the rejection of his bail plea by the trial court, he considered himself as the guiding star and facilitator of the conspirator.
Advocate Mahipal Ahluwalia filed a petition in which Kulkarni and BJP MPs was involved in the string operation of 2008 trust vote.
A notice was also issued after Suhail Hindustani's filed its bail application who was also involved in 2008 case scam. He challenged the verdict of trial court that dismissed the bail pleas of accused.
