Advani demands CBI probe into role of sr ministers in 2G scam

Kottayam, Oct 30: BJP leader L K Advani on Oct 29 demanded a CBI probe into the role of Congress ministers in 2G spectrum scam under the direct supervision of the Supreme Court.

"Why no investigation is being made into the role of Congress leaders"? Advani told a public meeting as part of his Jan Chetana Yatra here.

"Many scams and scandals had broken out during the tenure of UPA government which had lowered the country's dignity", he alleged adding "if we tolerate them, we also become corrupt".

He said black money stashed away in foreign banks amounted to Rs 25 lakh crore and if it was brought back, all the six lakh villages in the country would get necessary amenities.

He appealed to parents and teachers to make their children literate with computers and internet.
