Air India pilots to start strike again?Travelers in trouble?

New Delhi, Oct 28: Travellers may face another trouble as pilots working with Air India on Friday, Oct 28 threatened to go on strike. Showing their protest against the authorities, the pilots claimed that they have been victimised of discrimination once again. The enraged pilots accused the authorities of not having any career progression plan.

The union, which has more than 400 pilots from erstwhile Air India, also claimed that he erstwhile Indian Airlines pilots were being given priority for 787 dreamliner training.

Here it can be recalled that several Air India flights were pulled back from both the domestic and international routes as its pilots went on a strike demanding increase in the pay rolls, Air India is forced to ground 10 percent of its flights to overcome the dues it has to pay to fuel companies.
