BS Yeddyurappa's judicial custody extended till Nov 3

Bangalore, Oct 22: Former chief minister of Karnataka, BS Yeddyurappa's judicial custody has been extended till Nov 3.

Yeddyurappa who is currently lodged at the Parapanna Agrahara jail was arrested on Oct 15 by the special Lokayukta Court after he was accused in a land denotification case.

However, after surrendering himself to the Lokayukta Court, Yeddyurappa was shifted to Jayadeva Hospital after he complained of "chest pain" and then to the Vitoria Hospital.

On hearing LK Advani's comment on corruption in BJP, Yeddyurappa who was deeply hurt, decided to shift back to the jail.

Reports also reveal that the tainted ex-chief minister threw tantrums and refused treatment after coming to the jail. [Read more: K'taka HC annuls case against Kumarswamy & wife].
