BS Yeddyurappa
Bangalore, Oct 21: Karnataka High Court on Friday, Oct 21 adjourned the bail plea of BS Yeddyurappa till Monday, Oct 24. It seems that despite several health issues, the former Karnataka Chief Minister has to stay back in Bangalore's Parappana Agrahara Central Jail.

This was not first time when court hearing on Yeddyurappa's bail plea has been adjourned. On Thursday, when it was expected that the decision on BSY's bail would come, the High Court postponed the hearing till Friday.

However, Yeddyurappa now has to wait till Monday. Yeddyurappa on Oct 15 was arrested by the Karnataka Lokyukta in a land denotification scam. He filed for a bail petition in the High Court on the grounds of his ill health.

Yeddyurappa was admitted to the Jayadeva Institute of Cardiology, Bangalore after he complained of "chest pain" and is likely to be discharged today, said doctors. Later he was shifted to Victoria Hospital.
