Yeddyurappa's bail plea hearing adjourned to Oct 21

Earlier, the petition was filed by Mr Yeddyurappa's lawyer Ravi B Naik on Oct 17 came up for hearing on Oct 18 but it was adjourned to Oct 20 as Justice Pinto adjourned the case by directing Mr Basha to file his objection. Advocate Sirajin Bhasha, who has filed the land scam case in the Special Lokayukta Court, objected to the move for bail by Mr Yeddyurappa.
The BJP leader, who surrendered before the Special Lokayukta Court on Saturday, Oct 15 after a high drama and hours after his arrest he was admitted to hospital with multiple complaints and was discharged on Oct 19 evening.
Meanwhile, Yeddyurappa has been remanded to judicial custody till Oct 22 by a Special Lokayukta Court.
