Libya: Muammar Gaddafi captured, celebration on

Tripoli, Oct 20: Libya's former leader, Muammar Gaddafi has been captured finally. NTC officials informed the news to the world on Thursday, Oct 20. People started celebrating the cause with fire works and dance in Tripoli.

Local Libya TV channels reported that Gaddafi has been captured by National Transitional Council (NTC) and his two legs were brutally injured.

However, spokesperson of United States has not yet confirmed the news though reports emerged that NTC officials captured Gaddafi after a week-long fight at Sirte, the hometown of the fugitive.
