Jayalalithaa goes home, B'lore court trial not finished yet

Bangalore, Oct 20: Tamil Nadu Chief Minister, Jayalalithaa on Thursday, Oct 20 left for Chennai. The Bangalore court hearing on the disproportionate asset case would be heard once again on Friday, Oct 21.

According to sources, Jayalalithaa on Thursday answered 380 questions in court and would once again attend the court's trial on Friday.

The Tamil Nadu CM is alleged to have accumulated assets worth Rs 66 crore between 1991 and 1996 when she was the Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu.

The case was filed on the complaints of DMK's K Anbazhagan and Janata Party President Subramanian Swamy.
