Mayawati govt harassing small traders: Mulayam

Lucknow, Oct 17: Samajwadi Party chief Mulayam Singh Yadav on Sunday said the Uttar Pradesh government was overlooking the interest of traders and harassing small traders in the name of encroachment in the state.

"In Mayawati's regime interest of traders are being overlooked and in the name of encroachment, small traders are being harassed. "All your problems will be taken care of once the SP comes to power in the state," he told traders at the party office here.

The SP supremo alleged the state government had failed to check rising cases of crimes and the traders were worst affected due to bad law and order situation.
