Television actress claims to be molested by doctor

Mumbai, Oct 9: A television actress has claimed to have been molested by a doctor when she went to his clinic in Khar to get a checkup done.

The actress, Shikha Joshi filed a complaint with the Khar police station on Oct 7 against the doctor. The actress had gone to visit the cosmetic surgeon at his clinic to get her breast implants checked after she found a lump in her breast.

Shikha had got her breast implants done by the cosmetic surgeon in 2006.

According to Joshi she was touched inappropriately by the doctor and hence molested when she went for a check up to his clinic.

A lady doctor however refutes all the charges claimed by the actress adding that two attendants were always present in the cabin whenever any treatment takes place furthering adding that the actress was cooking up stories as she failed to pay the whole amount of the treatment.

The statement of the actress has been recorded by the Khar police and based on the claims of the doctor, a case will be filed.
