'Above Parliament' Anna Hazare behind Congress' blood?

New Delhi, Oct 9: Gandhian Anna Hazare once again hit the Congress while holding campaign against the party in Hisar which would hold by-poll election. Anna urged people not to vote Congress as it had failed to pass Lokpal Bill on the correct time.

Meanwhile, Anna's one of the prominent supporters, Arvind Kejriwal's statement may spark a new controversy in the country. During an interview with CNN-IBN, Kejriwal said, "Of course, he is putting himself above (Parliament). Every citizen is above Parliament. Let me caution you, every citizen is above Parliament."

"The citizen has every right to tell the Parliament has not done the job. Citizens are more important than Parliament. It is in the Constitution. Anna Hazare and every citizen is supreme. I think the Constitution says so," added the RTI activist.

Kejriwal, meanwhile during the campaigning in Hisar, claimed, "You will have to inflict a historic defeat on the Congress. If you defeat the party (in the by-poll), this will be Anna's victory."
