Fans create ruckus after actor Darshan comes out of prison

Police found it difficult to control the mob outside the prison who were there to get a glimpse of their superstar. Many of the star's fans also followed him down to his residence on two wheelers and autos. Darshan, before going to his house dropped down by the Rajarajeshwari temple to seek blessings of the divine.
Fans celebrated the actor's homecoming by bursting crackers and distributing sweets. Darshan was welcomed at his home with a traditional aarthi. He along with his wife came out in the balcony and cut a cake when fans started shouting his name.
The actor, who is accused of bashing his wife and allegedly threatening to kill her and his son, got conditional bail on Friday, Oct 7.
Darshan has been charged under sections 307 (attempt to murder), 323 (voluntarily causing hurt), 498A (husband or relative of husband of a woman subjecting her to cruelty) and 506 (criminal intimidation) of the Indian Penal Code (IPC).
Darshan was arrested on Sept 9 and sent to judicial custody in Parappana Agrahara prison at Bangalore.
