Telangana: KCR to meet PM today
The TRS Chief, mounting pressure on the Centre, sat on a fast on the eve of Gandhi Jayanti on Oct 2 at Rajghat. Earlier, anti-corruption crusader, Gandhian Anna Hazare also paid a visit to the venue before taking up his fast at the scheduled venue-Ramlila Maidan for a strong Lokpal.
Meanwhile, another student committed suicide at Koheda village, Hyderabad to show her support for a separate Telangana. D Bhavani, an 18-year-old teenager immolated herself at her house upset over no developments taking place on the Telangana row.
The Telengana agitation has entered its 21st day and have left many parts of the state paralysed in Andhra Pradesh.
