CSE index down 50 points in weekly trade
Kolkata, Oct 1: The Calcutta Stock Exchange (CSE) remained sluggish during the week.
The benchmark index CSE-40 declined 50.84 points during the week. The local bourse was down 162.88 points during the previous week.
The local bourse opened at 5835.60 and in alternate bouts of gain and decline the index finally ended at 5784.44.
BHEL closed the week at Rs 1639.75 and Blueprint Securities was marginally up to close at Rs 307.
Infosys Technologies finished the week at Rs 2525.
Reliance Industries declined to close at Rs 804.90 and State Bank of India declined during the week to Rs 1911.15.
Vindus Holding was Rs 304.50 to finish the week.
