Ulfa army commander Paresh Baruah a millionaire?

According to a report on TIMES NOW, the news channel which accessed the papers of the Ulfa commander's investment papers show that he has invested millions in shipping, real estate, textile, power to medical care firms in Bangladesh and has widespread financial network in the country and so does not wish to come to India.
Paresh Baruah, whose whereabouts are unknown, pumped 4 million US dollars investment with a housing project and 7 million into a leading real estate company, said the report.
Baruah has also invested 2.5 million into a shipping firm and many other in leading multinational firms in Bangladesh. Reports also suggest that at least 20 million dollars have been invested in Bangladeshi firms by Baruah.
All the details are with the government which is now on a lookout for the terrorist who has been disrupting peace in Assam.
