BS Yeddyurappa, ex-chief minister, Karnataka
Bangalore, Sept 26: Calling the Lokayukta report on illegal mining 'discriminatory', ex-chief minister of Karnataka, BS Yeddyurappa said that his name was replaced with that of former chief minister, N Dharam Singh in the final report.

Yeddyurappa also said that he wrote a book to expose the truth on the Lokayukta report and the book would be released in few days.

Meanwhile, Yeddyurappa will take up a rath yatra to highlight the programmes that were implemented during his tenure.

“Majority of the programmes implemented during my tenure have not reached people due to lack of information and publicity. I will create public awareness on all such schemes through the rath yatra," said Yeddyurappa.

Yeddyurappa declared his intentions after he inaugurated the Hanagal Kumareshwara dining hall. He further added that the stance would also aim to strengthen the BJP so that they win majority in the 2012 Assembly elections and the yatra would tour Karnataka for a period of three months. A final decision on the yatra would be taken in a meeting of legislators on Oct 10.

“God only knows whether my bail plea will be considered or not," said Yeddyurappa speaking at a felicitation programme about his bail plea.
