Ex-Adobe CEO's son kidnap: 3 convicted in UP

Naresh Gupta's three-year-old boy Anant was kidnapped in Nov 2006. Beside the three convicted persons, the court claimed that the other four are not-guilty and are out of jail on bail. However, the key accused Jitender, Chhatrapal and Pawan are still in jail.
The three main accused earlier had claimed that they were falsely implicated but the prosecution presented 12 witnesses to prove their culpability.
Anant was abducted in 2006 when he was three-year-old. He was found back after five days of the incident. The kidnappers demanded Rs 50 crore from the former CEO of Adobe.
