2G: Pranab Mukherjee questions Chidambaram's role

New Delhi, Sep 21: Finance Minister Pranab Mukherjee in a letter, which was sent in Mar 2011, questioned Home Minister P Chidambaram for his role in the 2G Spectrum case.

Finance Minister has given a written note to Prime Minister Manmohan Singh. Even Chidambaram in a note to the Prime Minister asked him not to consider the spectrum allocation case 'closed' said a report on CNN-IBN.

Reports also suggests that for 2008 licenses Chidambaram agreed to 2001 fees.
