Raj Thackeray wants Modi to be next Prime Minister

Ahmedabad, Sept 19: Maharashtra Navnirman Sena (MNS) chief Raj Thackeray on Monday (Today) extended full support to Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi's three day long Sadbhavana fast and termed Modi as a perfect Prime Ministerial candidate for next 2014 election.

“Narendra bhai is an icon of development. The nation needs Modi to lead. I would like to see him as the next Prime Minister," Thackeray said addressing the public at Convocation Hall of Gujarat University where the Gujarat Chief Minister is holding his 'sadbhavna" fast.

“In the next election MNS MPs will support Modi"s candidature if BJP projects his as the Prime Ministerial candidate," the MNS chief said.

However, today is the last day of Modi's three day long fast aimed to promote peace, harmony and unity.
