Narendra Modi to begin his 3 day high-profile fast today

Ahmedabad, Sept 17: Chief Minister of Gujarat, Narendra Modi will begin his 3 day fast from today (Sept 17).

Not only Narendra Modi, but Congress leader Shankarsinh Vaghela will also begin his fast here today.

Many high profile BJP leaders like L K Advani, Rajnath Singh, Prakash Singh Badal are expected to join Modi in his fast.

Celebrities like Ismail Darbar, musician who joined the party recently is also expected to visit Modi during his fast.

"We have about 200 Muslims elected in local bodies across the state. They all are working hard to get as many people as they can," said Mahebubali Baba, president, Gujarat BJP minority morcha.

"Besides, we have got confirmation from a number of religious leaders to attend the event," he said.

At least 25, 000 people are expected to gather at the fast venue.
